One of my favorite gigs is my annual jaunt down to D.C. to photograph the up-and-coming talent of the Domingo-Cafritz Young Artists at the Washington National Opera. Working with these young musicians is such an inspiration. I love collaborating with each of them in creating headshots that capture their individual beauty and what they want to say as artists as they enter the next phases of their professional development. A few snaps from an amazing few days. For the photographers out there, these were shot with a canon 5d mark iii and two off camera canon 600rxt speedlights with photek softlighter II's.
